The goal of these sessions is to create a space where you can be captured being you.
A practice in slowness, vulnerability, attunement, and depth, on both sides of the camera.
I want to see you, and capture something that touches you and others. I think the more we practice this and share it with the world, the more healing we can bring to the collective experience of loneliness by way of inauthenticity.
This goes directly against a lot of programming in our culture and family, friend, and community structures.
In our culture we often keep things light. We say things are good, we talk in excited and positive ways. I'm interested in going a bit deeper and capturing more nuance. It may look like a process of relaxation or end up feeling therapeutic or cathartic. But most importantly it is an exploration.
We all feel so much yet there is a very limited amount we can readily share with the world…
